Audi debuted its 2015 A3, TT, and RS 7 Dynamic Edition at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) today.
The German automaker surprised audience members with the revealing of the A3 TDI Sportback, a hatchback version of the A3, which is coming to the U.S. due to high demand of the diesel models along with the A3 TDI sedan. The 2015 A3 sedan features a variety of powertrains including 1.8, 2.0, and 2.0 TDI. It will also have Audi’s quattro® all-wheel drive. The Audi A3 Sportback e-tron will launch in the U.S. in “early 2015,” according to company spokesmen. The 2015 Audi A3 costs $29,900.
Audi’s TT made its stateside appearance after its first debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The third generation TT features a refined front end with new angular headlights with a new LED pattern and a hexagonal front grille. The TT comes with a 230 or 310 horsepower powertrain with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, a six-speed manual or dual-clutch automatic transmission and front or all-wheel drive. There is no word yet on when this will hit dealerships.
The RS 7 Dynamic Edition also had its world debut.

The units on display at the NYIAS are meant to illustrate the extreme customization program available at dealerships starting this summer.
The RS 7 Dynamic Edition’s interior features crimson red stitching on the seats which is echoed on the safety belts, dashboard, gear shifter boot, center and door armrests and along the center console. Its exterior has Tornado Red brakes within 21-inch gloss black wheels, a carbon fiber splitter, diffuser and carbon fiber engine cover.
As for engine, the RS 7 features a twin-turn 4.0 liter V8 engine able to produce 560 horsepower and able to go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. It has a combined Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mileage estimate of 16 mpg in the city, 27 mpg on the highway and 19 mpg combined. The MSRP is $146,045.
